Purchased 11 pairs of black shorts and 11 pairs of white shorts for a little girls basketball team. Only received 3 pairs of white, all of which have black stains all over them, and only 6 pairs of black. Talk to customer service chat only for them to waste 30 minutes of my time & tell me I need to drive to the store to resolve it. So YOU make a mistake and tell me I'M the one who needs to go out of my way to resolve it, saying I need to drive to the store which is 30 minutes from my home, wasting over an hour of my time and forcing me to spend MY gas money? How is that fair? Absolutely disgusting customer service and horrible quality control.
