Wont Stay On

My son loves these shoes except for they slip off the back of the heal quite often. I would think that this was a flaw of our tying ability or the shape for my sons foot, but there is another child on our team that it does the same thing. Unfortunately this means they are both loosing game time, having to leave active play to get their shoes tied back on, then having to wait for the coach to get them shifted back into the game.
