The DSG 5” Stride Shorts are hands down some of the best running and training shorts I’ve worn. The 5-inch inseam hits that sweet spot — short enough for full range of motion, but long enough to stay comfortable and modest during any workout. The lightweight, breathable fabric keeps you cool even on hot days, and the built-in liner provides just the right amount of support without feeling restrictive. They’ve got great pockets too — secure enough for keys or gels without bouncing around — and they wash up perfectly after every use.
