Great Fit With Phone Pockets
When running I use an App to measure my pace etc. These compression shorts are comfortable yet tight enough that my phone stays firmly in place.

Best Undergarment For Workouts
Honestly, this is the best investment I've ever made in my workout attire compilation. I feel very secure and in place and dont collect sweat like I do when I'm just in regular cotton underwear. I think it adds confidence to my workouts in that i know I dont have to be constantly adjusting. The length is perfect as well. I'm in a pant size 32-33 and go with the M for a little waist compression as I'm still dropping pant sizes in my workout journey. 10/10 recommend.
