Stains On Shirt

I was disappointed when I opened my package. This shirt was pretty dirty. Has black smudges on the bottom, front and back of shirt and what also looks like a food stain. The material itself is thin, but feels soft. I hate returning items so hopefully the stains come out after washing it.
