Easy Setup - Durability Questions

I bought the tent in August 2025. I was used probably 8 times for soccer games. The zipper on the roller bag broke in that time. In April 2026 the center locked mechanism missed the attachment rod when pushing up and the magnet latch onto a different piece of metal and would not come off. DSG has said that is not their issue after 90 days. The ease of setup until that had been so good that I am going to purchase another and trust this was a freak accident, but still very frustrating and makes me question the durability of this product.

First Use Fail 😞

No complaints on the canopy it's self. However the wheel bag it comes with is cheaply made. First use wheeling it on the side walk to the beach using the handle and the bag rips open at the seam leaving me fumbling the rest of the way carrying chairs and a cooler. Not the way I intended to start my vacation.

Easy Set Up

We bought this for our ball field, its easy to set up and stable int he wind.

Great Tent

My grandson does travel ball. We need something easy to put up and easy to take down and has good shade. This tent does it all! I’m very happy with it and I would recommend it!

The plastic clamps on the legs that set the height of the canopy have broken when sand got in the clamps. Do you sell replacement clamps?

Great Tent

I bought this canopy tent for soccer games in the spring to stay out of the rain.

Bad Wheels.

The canopy is pretty good and easy to set up. So far has lasted well. Big issue is with the bag wheels. They are not good and one wheel broke off on the second use. Poor design. Would have rated higher, but the wheels are important for lugging to games, etc.

Solid Tent. The Carrying Bag Is Terrible!!

The tent itself is solid. I like the way the legs adjust. Others have orderlies holes for the height adjustment. This one uses built in ‘clamps’ that allow you to set at any height. One major problem with this is the carrying bag sucks! I used it twice and the bag is already ripping at the bottom. Once it rips, it can’t handle all the weight because that’s the end with the wheels. My last tent was getting banged around so much because i no longer had the bag. I had to go buy a cart just so i can carry the tent from the truck to the baseball fields. All that lugging around and tossing around caused one of the frames to get bent. This is my second straight leg tent from dicks. Again, I love the frame and height adjustment on this. But the bag is already starting to rip in the same spot. It’s looking like it will fully rip and be useless on the 4th or 5th time using it. I know you can buy replacement canopies. But I don’t know about the bag. Dicks needs to get whoever manufactures this for them to get this corrected. Otherwise this would be 5 stars.

Great Upgrade

I’ve gone through a couple of Dick’s regular canopies. This quick lift version is a great upgrade. Definitely worth it. So much easier to put up and take down

Wrong Item Was Delivered & The Top Was Missing!

Not only the wrong item was delivered ( I ordered a canopy but a tent was delivered), only the scaffolding of the tent was delivered
