I got added these socks to a nicely discounted running shoe purchase to take advantage of the $20 off $100 plus sale, so they ended up being effectively free to try out. The price itself was coming in at 2 pairs for the price of one discounted Balega or Feetures sock which I usually use. It's with this relative price point that I'll rate these. The socks are on the lighter/thinner side compared to my Balega Hidden comforts, but not as snug as my Features elite. I've put both pairs into a 4-5 mile run each and had no foot problems such as blisters. There was also no notable degradation of the sock, which is a weakness of some of the Balegas I own. I've also washed these DSG pairs alongside my other socks recently (I don't machine dry my running socks) and they've held up fine with no degradation. I don't think I'd use these for very long runs over 1 hour, but will happily use them as daily 45 min to 1 hour daily run sock and save some money over more premium options. I'm usually a 10.5 running shoe size and these socks fit me comfortably well, allowing for the heel extension to properly covers me from my shoe tongue and heel. I'd buy again.
