Broke In 3 Months

The Bag Ripped Within A Few Days Of Having It. I Wonder If I Can Get A Refund.
I bought this bag because it felt so comfy on my back in the store and i love the green color and I also loved the pockets! It has a place for everything! But the zippers are not strong. They broke within a few days of using it AND the bag isn't so balanced when there is a laptop plus other things in it. It needs to be a bit bigger.

Poor Quality Zippers
Bought this backpack for my daughter to use in 5th grade. It lasted with 2 months of use before the zipper in the big compartment split. I'm very disappoint because it also seems that Dick's does not cover zipper failure. I guess I will not be returning to Dick's to purchase anything in the future since the quality of their items is not great and they do not back their products. two months for a backpack life is abysmal. Parent's really need backpacks to last at minimum for the duration of the school year.

Cheap Quality
I bought this a little over a month ago and the zipper broke. I usually get good quality backpacks and I should've just chose a different brand. I recommend to spend extra on a backpack that will last more than a year.
