Perfect For Keeping Drinks Cold!

I absolutely love my new DSG Victory Cooler! I used it over the Memorial Day weekend for the first time and I’m so impressed with how cold my drinks were and how long the ice lasted! I live in the South, and it gets hot and quick down here. The handle is perfect for carrying, and easy to move around. I love the latches, great for keeping little kids hands out, and the spot for a lock is for keeping everything safe. It also has a super handy bottle opener built into the spot to put a lock. I have the Eclipse Fusion color, and I love how it stands out from all the other boring coolers out there. This baby holds so many kids drinks, cans and plenty of ice to keep it all perfect for the warm summer weather. I did receive this items in exchange for my honest review, and in conclusion, I love this cooler.

Alot Of Value For A Great Price

I'm a paid product tester and received the item for free. The cooler held up very well. Mainly used gel ice packs for delicate foods such as salmon, cheese, and butter. The handle staying captive in place is a nice touch other coolers don't offer. The color scheme is very pleasing to the eye. Not being a solid color gives it a unique factor. Being 28 quart it is very lightweight and manageable without being overly big and bulky it packs extremely well. The light texture on top keeps items from sliding around. Not sure of the weight rating, but easily held way above numbers in the three's. The latches are effortless to use they don't pop hard or get your fingers even a small child can safely utilize them. The addition of a bottle opener and a way to lock it for security on the back of a truck is always welcome. The gasket seals incredibly tight so no water or ice can escape even if tipped on its side. You can definitely feel the vacuum effect after it's been out in the sun. Knowing it's 100% air tight puts it above most other brands. There is no drain plug to accumulate mold around and the interior is easy to wipe clean from spills. The textured handle makes toting it with wet hands a breeze. It has been a joy to use on long work trips, and you can instantly feel the value your getting.

Great Looking Durable Cooler

The new DSG 28 Qt Cooler is a fantastic new cooler in the high end cooler market. This cooler looks great! I am a paid endorser and received this cooler for free. I am super impressed. The design is solid and will handle any situation. So many of the high end coolers are not convenient to use in normal, every-day environments- but this cooler is good for all situations. The walls of insulation are thick, and hold ice extremely well. I put sodas in my cooler and left the ice in the cooler for 3 days, getting in and out of the cooler multiple times a day to get drinks. At the end of the day, ( I took it to 3 days of soccer tryouts for stressed out parents), there was still ice remaining, even after adding new, non-cold drinks every day. I had ice at 3 days, and I think ice hitting the advertised 5 days would be no issue, assuming you are a little more strict in opening the lid as little as possible and only adding cold items to the cooler. The structure of this cooler is fantastic. It will stand up to any challenge. I really like the latching system. It is easy to use and puts on a really good seal. The handle is comfortable and sturdy. Fully loaded the cooler is obviously a little heavy, but lugging it across soccer fields was not an issue. I'd highly recommend this cooler.

Great Work Cooler

I am a paid endorser and have recieved free this product to review. This has been a great cooler. Ice is lasting 4 to 5 days with adding room temp water bottles to the cooler. I have the cooler in my truck bed the whole week. I love that I can drive down bumpy construction roads and not have any issues with water sloshing out of the cooler. The cooler has a nice rubber seal and the latches hold the lid firmly down. I received a light blue cooler and so far it is holding up well to the dirt and conditions.

Very Impressive And Durable !

I recently took the DSG Victory 28 Quart Performance Cooler on a fishing and boating trip, followed by five days of camping, and it performed exceptionally well. The durability is impressive, easily handling the movement on the boat and the rugged conditions at the campsite. The ice retention was a standout feature; it kept everything cold throughout the entire five-day trip as advertised. On Day 6 when we came home, we still had ICE !!! And the temperature outside was in the 80s mostly all week ! The 28-quart size was perfect for my needs, and the built-in bottle opener and swing-up handle made it very convenient to use. I must say this has been the very best cooler I've ever owned. I would highly recommend this cooler to anyone and I have my family and friends looking to purchase one as well. Big Time Cooler At Value Price

I recently took the 28qt DSG Victory Cooler on a two-day fishing trip, and it performed flawlessly the entire time. I only used a small bag of ice, and it still held ice for over 48 hours. The ice retention honestly exceeded my expectations for a cooler this size. The durability also stood out right away. The latches were very firm but easy to use as opposed to some of the rubber ones on other coolers I have used. It handled the trip without any issues. It feels solid, well-built, and ready for regular outdoor use. I brought the cooler along on our fishing trip and used it to keep drinks and snacks. The 28qt size was easy to transport while still having plenty of storage space. It has a nice handle and is not too heavy for a cooler this size. I did receive this cooler to review from Dick’s and didn’t get to choose the color; I however loved the blue hues in this one. I also like that I can lock the cooler when away from the campsite. I’ll be bringing this DSG Victory Cooler on future trips soon. At the current price I feel this is a high-end cooler at a more budget friendly price.

Loved The Color And The Size!

I received this Dicks Sporting Goods Victory Cooler in exchange for an honest review. First let’s talk about the color! I love it, I received the red ombré one which is an added bonus because it matches our high school colors. It will be the perfect thing to take to my daughters soccer games! I bought a bag of ice & rootbeer to test the 5 day ice retention. I left it on my back porch, in full sun for the majority of each day. I opened the cooler once a day to check ice retention. By day 3, the water was still very cold but all ice had melted. I was disappointed it melted so fast. This was the only negative about the DSG cooler that I had but, it lasted longer than other coolers I own! *I did some research on ice retention afterwards & learned it works best to pre-cool your cooler, & also fill it up all the way. I did not do either of these things, but plan to from now on. I love the size! I have a small car and this fits in my trunk with room for everything else. It’s big enough to hold food & drinks without being too heavy. It has a nice handle that swings up and stays sturdy while I hold it. After my ice test, we brought it to the park for a Memorial Day picnic. It held all of our water bottles upright & had plenty of room for food.

Keeps Ice Solid

I took this 28qt DSG cooler on a long weekend road trip from Friday morning to Monday evening. It fit well in my car with all my stuff. I really like the metal handle, feels good for carrying and sturdy. I have had plastic handles break. This one will not. The latch closure system is very secure and easy to use. I used mostly ice packs and added ice cubes. The cubes were still solid upon my return with no melted water in the bottom of the cooler. I felt very comfortable keeping my food in there and that it would stay at cold temps. I have received this cooler free as a paid endorser for DSG.

Doesn't Keep The Ice.

Bought yesterday put drinks and ice last night around 11pm by 2pm there was no ice. I bought it because it claimed to keep ice for 5 days but unfortunately it didn't even make it a day

Does Not Have A Drain Plug!!!!!

Does NOT have a drain plug!!!!! My bad for not looking g closer but I assumed that a 28 qt cooler would come with a drain plug! It is a nice looking cooler and a perfect size for me, but the closures appear cheap. Not sure about cooling as I am returning it.

Great cooler. Perfect size for travel, good ice retention, good features. Dicks had this cooler half hidden behind all their Yetis so I almost didn't see it. Only DSC 28 on shelf so lucky find.
