Gets The Job Done
I am 5'5, 160 lbs and a B+/C- cup and this holds the girls in for running, tennis, and other activities. It compresses enough to do the job, but not so much that you need to be a contortionist to get in and out of. For the price, it's a good sports bra

Fits Well But Bottom Is Loose
Size M fits me well, but the bottom of the top is kinda loose/not snugly at all. The fabric itself isn’t really stretchy so that might be a reason. But overall I like it, the bra doesn’t chaffe around armpits, the seams are not itchy, and it’s comfy enough to run
