The bra has great support. No smushing the girls for support and smooth under t-shirts. This is a second purchase of this sports bra. The three hooks are a little difficult to place because you are doing them behind your back after you slide the crisscross straps over your head. However, they stay in place once you get them hooked.

It’s definitely not high impact, more like a yoga bra. The price is high for what you get. The cup ( which is pretty padded) is small, and the band is wide. Not a great combo. Going up or down a size, wouldn’t work.

The bra itself is terribly uncomfortable with weirdly placed straps made from itchy material. The rating would be lower except Dick’s made the retirement process so easy. I ended up exchanging for a different bra and I’m happy with my purchase.
