Ball Has A Rip After One Use

Recently bought this ball for my 14 year old daughter for light practice with friends. The ball came after it's first use with a rip in one of the seems. While the soccer field does have a running track around it and apparently the ball kept making it's way to the track (the red scratch marks in the pic); I feel like a ball that's meant to be constantly kicked should be able to hold up against landing on a hard surface a few dozen times.
