Rubber Band Hook Snapped
Product worked great for several weeks. Then one of the net loops broke. Not a huge deal I thought, as it was well within the warranty period and I figured Dick's would just send me the very small piece needed to correct the issue. NOP! Told me I needed to bring the whole giant thing into a store and then "maybe" I would get issued a new product. Just what I wanted, was to spend another 90 minutes putting it together again just because a rubber band snapped. Disappointing customer service.
