Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long lasting These traps are made to last and they will kill a raccoon easily and efficiently. Must have, but be sure to get the 220/330 setting pliers. I trapped using these as a kid with my father and now I need to eliminate some coons robbing expensive koi. These will work great in an above ground boxed/cubby set. I don't recommend putting these on the ground if you are in an urban setting with dogs, cats, or children anywhere around. Use caution when using, and also know the laws. They are barely legal here on California except in certain cases and mine is one.
