Bought Twice, Both Had A Defect
I bought this hoop twice, first the base of the hoop was not sealed so water would seep out and the second time the rim was crooked. Was really excited to use this hoop since it seemed nice but sadly we have to return again.

Awesome
This basketball hoop is just what i needed for my grandkids to play while in pool. I like that it’s adjustable and seems sturdy. My only issue is I had to reorder due to a missing net. I wish they could have just sent me the missing part. I literally had ti return the entire item ti get a new one.

Fun Pool Toy For The Whole Family!

Fun In The Sun!
I truly love the concept of the pool basketball hoop. We attempted to use it, but the water is way too cold to enjoy it right now. I can tell you that it was easy to assemble, sturdy enough to withstand some bad wind and rain, and my kids are looking forward to using it once the water is warmer.

Outdoor Fun
Pool basketball hoop is well constructed and sturdy. Easy to put together. Kids unfortunately have not been in pool due to excessive SoCal rain, however my boys enjoyed shooting baskets from across the pool into the hoop which kept them entertained a couple of hours. Looking forward to pool time basketball.

Dunn-rite Clear Shot Pool Basketball Set
Very difficult to assemble! The basketball is a good quality ball, it is a textured rubber ball not a little plastic basketball. Product quality is good, the aluminum pole is heavy, but it does not secure to the base very well. Net is a high-quality nylon type net, but it was a little tricky to get onto the rim of the hoop. It took a bit of time but once it was installed the net stayed in place. The base requires a ring to secure the pole to the base. The pole just fits on top of the base and is not very secure. The ring that sits atop of the base is supposed to secure the product but it does not keep it secure. However, the bolt provided was not long enough to make installation easy. I needed an extra person to secure the ring around the base/pole so the bolt could be threaded thru the clamp. This was not easy! If you try to do this alone, its close to impossible. The clamp should have a longer bolt to allow it to be threaded and tightened securely. As it is now, the pole does not seem to be very secure or straight. It is possible if the kids are dunking in the hoop it may cause it to come apart. The water is filled into the base to secure it but you have to remove that bolt if you want to fill or empty the base. As I described the clamp needed two people to make it secure, might be a very big headache to fill or empty the base when needed. The base doesn’t have a good seal to stop the water from escaping the base, I haven’t had the product very long but you may have to remove the dreaded clamp to add more water… or just put a rock onto the base and forget adding additional water. I received two sets of instructions and parts and a needle to inflate the ball was also included, which was a nice addition. Casual use of the hoop it the pool would be ok, but aggressive dunking poolside might be a little risky. It’s a good quality product, just the security if the pole is worrisome. We haven’t had it long enough to make a firm decision but this is our initial impression. It took us over 30 minutes to get the hoop together but it will be a nice addition pool side. The hoop height is adjustable, it is easy to adjust the height, turn a couple bolts and it moves pretty easy. We will see if adjusting the height of the hoop makes a difference in the future with the stability.

Attractive High Quality Set
This backboard is so much more attractive than our older one. The height of the clear board enhances the experience. Be advised, the ball that comes with it is a hard rubber ball, making it more durable, but painful if hit while in the pool. The stand is sturdy. The overall set makes a nice addition to the pool area without being much of an eyesore.

Great Baskeball Set For The Pool
We haven’t used this yet but this is going to be amazing once we warm up the pool and use it to play basketball. It’s very sturdy and looks like it will hold up nicely. The kids are excited about using it and I think it will last for quite a while. Great add on to our pool.

This Basketball Goal Is Better Than Any Of The 3 We’ve Previously Purchased.
Well built, ready for fun family time! This is way better and doesn’t have the cheap plastic feel to it. Usually the sun fades the lines and decals, but not so far on this one. I actually had to heat the pool so the kids could get in and use it!

Great Pool Basketball Set
I was excited when we received the pool basketball set. My grandchildren love our pool but are ready for a new game. When we received the basketball set, we weren’t sure how it would assemble. Assembly was easy. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It only took about 10 minutes. We were impressed with the quality of the product. Everything needed was included, including the needle to inflate the ball. All connections were easy to make. There are covers for all open connections. When finished, we put the completed unit on a box to see how it would work. The backboard is adjustable so it will work on our deck. We are looking forward to using the basketball set when we open our pool in May.

Standard Pool Hoop, Difficult Assembly
This pool hoop is fine once it’s put together, but it’s a big pain to assemble. The screws that are included are BARELY long enough to fit through the holes, let alone attach on the easy-screw caps. It took my wife and I multiple attempts to tag-team the back of the backboard and the base where the hoop shaft attaches. Wouldn’t recommend strictly from how much of a pain it is to put together.
