Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Boot I have this pair of boots for about a year now. This I felt something funny in the boot I remove the insole and it peeling. Today I contacted Durango.com and after a brief chat they are sending out new insole at no cost to me. That just made a good boot a great boot. Fantastic customer service. Thanks Steve.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Farm N Ranch I have been wearing this book for over 10 yrs., i purchased another pair last yr. (#14). I love this boot except the 14th pair, where made strangle, and there is something in the arch area, and i can not wear them (and they are New). i wanted to exchange them but was told i had to go to where i bought them. Only problem is that business is now 1400 miles away, i do not live there anymore. i use these boots for work, and they work with my uniform.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than the best I've had more good pairs of boots than a modern day cowboy could ever count, but these are you he best ever. They're tough & comfortable, and after weeks on my feet, still look new. I just love 'em.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Both Tough and Soft This is my second pair of this Durango Wellington. They are quick to get broken in ... are both soft and durable at the same time ... and are made to take the abuse at our ranch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Experience These are my fourth pair of Durangos. Each pair lasted over five years even though I am pretty rough on boots. Customer service returns was very helpful with returning the boots I had purchased on line. Customer service sales was equally helpful with ordering the new boots. Both were delivered exactly on time and the return went smoothly. My comment about the boots themselves is that they are GREAT boots, however the sizing is different with each model which is why I had to return the first pair. I had purchased a different model (Black Oiled Leather) than the ones I was replacing (Farm "n" Ranch) and had ordered the same size as my originals. They turned out way too large. After talking to customer service I reordered the same model as my originals in the same size and they fit perfectly! So just realize that some models run large and some models run small.
