Frequent User, Consistent Wear And Tear
Bought this mesh kit for my teen son, very active, competitive year-round lax player. Has used this product for years with multiple sticks, for both LSM and middie positions, and used in all seasons. Never had issues or problems, always consistent wear and tear. Never had any unexpected tearing, not sure why ave rating is less than 3-stars? Note: my son is pretty good about taking care of his gear, esp after it gets wet, ensuring it dries appropriately and doesn't remain soggy in his gear bag. So that may help in extending lifespan of the mesh and strings. Have used other brands of string kits, honestly others didn't prove to be better (or worse) and buying this commonly used kit from Dick's is very easy, convenient.
