We bought our daughter the 28" version a few years ago and it performed well with the 10" soft compression and 11" soft compression balls used in the 8u (1st and 2nd graders) league. When she moved up to using the solid 11" softball we purchased the 29" version. After using both bats this season they both have numerous dent throughout the barrel. It does not appear to be causing a problem, but you would think that it should be designed to withstand its intended purpose without denting when being used by a 9 year old.

It’s Okay
I’ve had this bat for 3 years now (bought it when it was new) At the time I was 10 and was still playing rec ball. Sure, it’s held up but I don’t recommend it for a travel ball team. If you’re playing real softball you might as well spend the extra money because it WILL CRACK AND DENT with faster pitches and solid swings.

Dents Easily - Instant Garbage
My 10 year old went to the batting cage and came out with massive dents on this bat. Poor quality. Let down by what we thought was a reputable company.

Doesn’t Show Your Full Potential
I was hitting with this bat and it didn’t hit as far with me using the same power, as anther bat did. If you would like to go to club, high school, or college, this bat will not do you wonders

Amazing Bat!
Daughter loves this bat. This is her second Easton in this line. Both have been great. Nice to find one to fit her very tall height, without spending hundreds of dollars.
