Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk Bow If I could give this bow 0 stars I would. I bought this bow for my child for Christmas and bought one for myself as well and this is by far the worst bow I've ever owned I've tried several times to tune it and see if i can get it on target and even instinctive shooting this bow is highly inaccurate and under powered. I checked the draw weight at 26" and it's approximately 10lbs on both bows and nothing I have done tuning wise has changed that so the bow is not a 20lb capable bow like it states here, and the arrow rests are cheap and have a tendency to fly off with the arrows so super glue might be a option if your rest is in good shape otherwise might as well but a couple of the three packs online and stock up. My suggestion for anyone looking at this bow is spend your money on a better built bow because there are several others on this site that are comparably priced that would make much better bows if you want your child to be able to enjoy their bow instead of having to work on it and try to tune in constantly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A happy grandson This was purchased for an 8 year old boy who has a large frame and can draw almost 20 inches. He shot well out of the box, having learned on old fiberglass bows. It took some tuning to get the right brace height and nock set. Arrows included in set slapped the riser until it was tuned. He shoots glass and wood arrows and loves this bow. Should last him a long time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Need better QC at Easton I bought this bow for my daughter for Christmas and one for myself and Dicks was awesome with fast shipping and decent packaging, but Easton has some QC issues, upon unboxing my daughters bow I checked the bow over and the limbs were severely loose which could be attributed to shipping but it as well as mine were missing the finger tab that was on the list of contents, and after shooting for a little while her bow became loose again so I checked it again much better this time and found that the limbs were on upside down and once I corrected this it was back on target and then my bow though the limbs were fairly snug was shooting a good bit off target and I noticed the arrow rest was wearing down with only 15 shots and again I found the limbs to be on backwards and I corrected this again and it's shooting a lot better but I will need another arrow rest already, Also to note I have reached out to Easton Archery twice now for the lost finger tabs and have gotten no response. Again this is an issue with Easton not Dick's as Dick's did their part and sold me the product I wanted just wouldn't purchase again knowing what I know now. Both bows do shoot pretty accurately at 20 yards or less now that I've tinkered with them so if QC improved this bow might be worth recommending but at this time I would not.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good bow If the person using the bow is right handed it will shoot to the left, if you are left handed it will shoot to the right. When I mean to the right I mean way too far to the right. I would not recommend a both left and right handed bow. Just get one that is your dominant hand

Rated 2 out of 5 by from O.k. but had to return Overall it seems like a decent starter bow, but unfortunately the one I received had a warped/twisted riser which made the bottom limb shift the string way off center. Have to return & will try again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall: Fun, but accessories could be better Though this kit is absolutely not a toy, it was a fun and relatively cheap way to introduce myself to shooting a bow.-Bow Construction is relatively solid, for what it is.-Wrist gaurd is cheap but does it's job if positioned correctly-Arrows are surprisingly durable for a cheap set.-The sight isn't the greatest. But it's probably the most primitive design available.-The arrow rest is pretty cheap as well, but it works. If you (or your kids) want to introduce yourself to the sport, this is a great beginner's set.If you plan on doing any serious shooting, you should probably upgrade to a better bow.Thanks. Have a great day.
