Ordered Two, And Both Are Unisable Due To A Missing Part

I ordered one chest protector, and the strap that goes around you back and "clips" to the front was missing the clip. The clip can clearly be seen in the picture and the protector I ordered did not have the clip which made it unusable. So I ordered another one. Exact same issue. Then I looked at the reviews of this chest protector and someone had the same problem 2 years ago. I guess Dick's hasn't bothered to correct the issue. Frustrating.

Missing Pieces

Ordered online and chest protector came without the clip to connect the strap that goes around the back. My wife then returned the item and went to a local Dick’s Sporting Goods and another one on the shelf was missing the same piece. Quality control seems to be lacking with this product.
