Scratched And Poor Condition

Helmet was very scratched and in poor condition out of the box, it’s as if they sent me a demo. Won’t shop at Dicks online again.

Arrived With Scratch Marks

We bought this helmet online for my son because it wasn't available in stores. For it being an $80 helmet, we're very disappointed that it arrived with scratch marks everywhere. It almost looks used and it didn't arrive in a box.

Bought Expensive Helmet Online Arrived Scratched All Over With No Wrapping Just Thrown In Box

We live 4 hours from Dicks so decided to purchase online. Bought a 80.00 helmet for my son. It arrived promptly but is covered in scratches. Called customer service and they said my only option is to drive 4 hours and exchange in store. If I mail it back they will assume I damaged it and mail it back. Box was not damaged so whatever happened was in the warehouse. Whoever packed the item def doesn't care about Qaulity Control. Do better Dicks Sporting Goods

Bought this for my 10 year old son so if he gets plunked in the head he will still be able to to 5th grade level math. He hasn’t been hit in the head. He can still do math. It’s a win-win.

Kids Loved Them But I'm Not Impressed.

I ordered 2 of these helmets one in Blue and one in White. My boys loved them and they fit well. I'm not impressed by either the quality control or the shipping that caused the issues. They were shipped by this company according to the box. They were in the same box and the only thing that was with them was brown paper going over top of them. I know they will get marked up playing and that's part of the sport but brand new no they should not be.

The helmet is great but it was too tight on my 13 yr old. He is small for his age so we thought it would work, but he ultimately needed to switch for the regular helmet, same style.
