Arrived With Scratch Marks

We bought this helmet online for my son because it wasn't available in stores. For it being an $80 helmet, we're very disappointed that it arrived with scratch marks everywhere. It almost looks used and it didn't arrive in a box.

Bought Expensive Helmet Online Arrived Scratched All Over With No Wrapping Just Thrown In Box

We live 4 hours from Dicks so decided to purchase online. Bought a 80.00 helmet for my son. It arrived promptly but is covered in scratches. Called customer service and they said my only option is to drive 4 hours and exchange in store. If I mail it back they will assume I damaged it and mail it back. Box was not damaged so whatever happened was in the warehouse. Whoever packed the item def doesn't care about Qaulity Control. Do better Dicks Sporting Goods
