Poor Customer Service And Was Sold The Wrong Gear

It took 30 minutes for someone to help me with a bat and when they came they didn’t know how to size them. After another 15 minutes my 8&10 year old girls were sized by another associate and given Tball bats! They were embarrassed at practices as we didn’t find out until they were up to bat. We were unable to exchange because the plastic was removed. Thanks for nothing Dicks!
