Sent A Beat-up, Used Helmet That Is Falling Apart....

I just received this today. It is a different color, and has clearly been used. Emblems are peeling off of it, there are ding marks all over it, and the inside is disgusting. There is also a $34.99 from Thailand sticker on the side, and I was charged $39.99. Exchange process is a nightmare.
