Chest protector AND shin guards both broke after less than six months. Instead of honoring the warranty and replacing the product with what I purchased, they dragged out an already lengthy process by saying that we would be subject to a different color choice that they then gave extremely limited options with/for. They were passive aggressive, condescending, and ultimately unhelpful with complete lack of empathy or consideration along the way. They wouldn’t listen and basically gave me the “take it or leave it” type of attitude. I won’t be purchasing anything from them ever again.

Too Big For My Small Athlete
Great set! Unfortunately, the chest protector was the only thing that fit my 10 year old perfectly. He is on the shorter side,so the leg guards were huge on him as well as the catchers mask. Otherwise great quality just a fit issue for us.
