Disappointed In The Quality

I bought this set for Christmas for my 11 year old son. Without a week of using the knee rivets broke off. I thought at first it might be just the one so I had my husband try to fix it. 2 months later another broken, then another. We are 3 out of 4 rivets on the knee protection break off. Very disappointed and will never buy Easton brand of catcher gear again. STAY AWAY!

Extremely Dissatisfied

Chest protector AND shin guards both broke after less than six months. Instead of honoring the warranty and replacing the product with what I purchased, they dragged out an already lengthy process by saying that we would be subject to a different color choice that they then gave extremely limited options with/for. They were passive aggressive, condescending, and ultimately unhelpful with complete lack of empathy or consideration along the way. They wouldn’t listen and basically gave me the “take it or leave it” type of attitude. I won’t be purchasing anything from them ever again.

Some Of The Cheapest Gear I've Ever Purchased!

It looks great, but it breaks down very quickly. The leg guards have a piece that is supposed to shield the knee bend and that piece on both leg guards has already broken off. One game of usage and it broke off. Cheaply made and I would not waste your money here.

Broken Rivet!

Son probably wore this 5 different games! Broken rivet on the knee guard. Bought the warranty at Dick’s through Asurion and now Asuiron is trying to tell me that I have to go through Easton! I told them that makes no sense and what was the point of buying the warranty? After having to argue with them they agreed to place a claim. I’m still pending the approval and money! Will not purchase this product again!
