Seems Unsafe - Padding Is Cheap
Bought the youth size "Small". Their chart says fits "hat size 6-1/4 in. to 6-7/8 in." But the padding is SO airy it compresses with hardly any pressure whatsoever. If Ripit padding was a 10 in firmness, this one is literally a 2. Doesn't seem safe.

Finally Found A Helmet That Fit
We searched and high and low to finfd a helmet that fit my girlfriens daughter. We finally found this online. We went to the store to test fit it and it was a perfect fit.
