• Remove the two bottom straps of your shin guards
• Place the Knee Savers on the back of the shin guards with the Knee Saver logo facing away from the calf
• Once in place, re-attach the straps. Hook through the Knee Saver loop first, then through the metal shin guard loops. The straps should go under all 3, then over the last loop, then under the next loop so that it's tight
• Make sure the straps are tight and that you can clip them onto the other side of the shin guards
• Try them on. If they're too tight and uncomfortable, try loosening the straps. If they're too loose, tighten them up so they won’t slide in the heat of play
