A very well built machine. I wish it was a little more upright. I'm 66, and can't stretch out like I used to.. The 4 way adjustment could be better. The bike seat is ok. I don't need the membership, and cancelled it. I can get a good workout, though the bike fit is not great.

Happy With Purchase
Overall, the bike has been good. It has taken me a while to adjust to the way this bike sits. No matter how I adjust it, for me the handlebars are not positioned correctly but I am adjusting. I do occasionally have connection issues with my iPad and the bike. Like others have mentioned, I wish there was a way for the app to remember my iPad, so I don't have to reconnect every time I work out. Occasionally it has struggled to connect, but feel that might be an issue more with my internet than the app/bike?

Looks New!
Looks great out of box but unfortunately has a small “tick” sound when riding. Just not loud enough to do anything about it. Still happy for the price!

Cheap knockoff of Peleton. Retuned product after a couple of weeks. I failed to cancel my free trial and this company charged me for over a year. Asked for a partial refund and they refused.

Missing/incorrect Parts
Is it normal for it to not show up with any pedals and the handle bar adjustment knob to be too long to tighten the handle bars down?

Great Purchase
Other than slight cosmetic defects on the water bottle tray, the bike was in great shape. Delivery was seamless and putting the bike together was easy as well. I am very happy with my purchase of a certified open box bike.

Solid Enough Purchase
First of all, the tiny seat it came with was garbage, had to order a larger seat to be comfortable. The bike is good otherwise, lots of fine tuning available to get a comfortable ride. The app and its connection are fiddle though, and I am not a fan of the monthly cost to use the bike frankly, that is not cool, but the app is useful for tracking progress at least. Would cautiously recommend, but lots of fiddle things and extra costs to use a connect bike

Best Money I Have Ever Spent
I love this bike. I bought mine back in April of 2022 and is still doing great! The instructors are the best and I get great workouts. I don't have to go further than my living room.
