Looks New!

Looks great out of box but unfortunately has a small “tick” sound when riding. Just not loud enough to do anything about it. Still happy for the price!

**Warning

Cheap knockoff of Peleton. Retuned product after a couple of weeks. I failed to cancel my free trial and this company charged me for over a year. Asked for a partial refund and they refused.

Missing/incorrect Parts

Is it normal for it to not show up with any pedals and the handle bar adjustment knob to be too long to tighten the handle bars down?

Great Purchase

Other than slight cosmetic defects on the water bottle tray, the bike was in great shape. Delivery was seamless and putting the bike together was easy as well. I am very happy with my purchase of a certified open box bike.

Solid Enough Purchase

First of all, the tiny seat it came with was garbage, had to order a larger seat to be comfortable. The bike is good otherwise, lots of fine tuning available to get a comfortable ride. The app and its connection are fiddle though, and I am not a fan of the monthly cost to use the bike frankly, that is not cool, but the app is useful for tracking progress at least. Would cautiously recommend, but lots of fiddle things and extra costs to use a connect bike

Do Not Buy Any Echelon Product From Dicks

I purchased an Echelon connect bike from Dicks Sporting Goods several weeks ago as a birthday gift. The resistance function has not been operational since the purchase. The customer service from Dicks and Echelon is abysmal. A month later we are still waiting for the call backs promised from their service people. I would give this no stars if possible!

This Bike And The Platform Are Terrible! Don't Buy

I bought this bike, but beware that if you don't subscribe to their platform, it's essentially worthless. It's a bear to put together, and the quality of the build is mediocre. This is NOT a good alternative to a peloton or spinning bike, and for this price, you might as well go ahead and spend a few hundred more and get either a Peloton or a Spinning bike. I'm a indoor cycling instructor, and I've ridden many different brands, from this, to Schwinn to top of the line Keiser and of course, Spinning bikes. I know the rage is the built in tablets, etc, but remember these all require subscriptions to really work well. If you want to do those classes, you can always opt in, but I would not recommend getting any bike that is dependent upon a platform to display stats. You also need to be mindful that you have to PLUG IN THESE BIKES, so if you're in a basement with limited outlets, that could be a problem. I highly recommend getting a bike whose display is portable and goes with the bike, and add a tablet or phone holder if you want to subscribe to a class platform. If you get a bike made for a specific platform, you're stuck with that platform in order for the bike to function, and if the app is as crappy as this one is, it's infuriating and distracting to use. If you don't mind being relegated to classes with the manufacturer, then go ahead. Also, as for the cheaper bikes, they don't typically do a good job of displaying cadence or output...you don't really care about distance or mph as much as you will these two stats.
