Fitness For The Easily Bored

I get bored easily, so was worried about committing to one machine. Shouldn't have been! The variety of workouts is insane. One day I'm doing heavy lifts, the next I'm doing yoga or HIIT. The Worlds feature with virtual racing is cool too. My only complaint? Sometimes there are too many options to choose from.

A Physical Therapist's Perspective On The Echelon

As a physical therapist, I was intrigued by the Echelon Strength Home's potential for both personal use and as a recommendation for patients. After using it for a month, I can say it's a powerful tool with some considerations.

I Love It.

I am very impressed with this machine. when i got home it was very easy to setup. Took me like 10 minutes, after i removed it from the box. Moving around was not easy, but with two of us we handled it.

A Comprehensive Home Gym Experience

I've had the Echelon Strength Home for about a month now, and I gotta say, it's been quite the journey. First off, let's talk about the setup. It ain't no walk in the park, folks. Took me and my buddy a solid 4 hours to get this beast assembled. The instructions were okay. But we did have to pause and scratch our heads a few times. Pro tip: clear out a good chunk of your day for assembly and maybe have some snacks on hand.

Tech Marvel With A Learning Curve

This Echelon thing's like something outta Star Trek! The touchscreen's huge, but took me a hot minute to figure out. Once I got the hang of it, though? Game changer. The smart resistance controls on the handles are genius - no more fumbling with weights. Still getting used to the different lifting modes, but the normal and eccentric ones are my jam. Wish the Wi-Fi connection was more stable, but when it works, it's amazing.

Accessory Heaven

The Echelon comes with a bunch of attachments, which is awesome. The straight bar, ankle straps, and different handles give tons of variety. BUT. Storing all this stuff is a pain. Had to buy a separate organizer. Also, switching between attachments mid-workout can be a hassle. Still, the versatility is worth the extra effort. Just be prepared for some accessory Tetris.

Be Aware Of Power Neesa

I would LOVE to be loving my new strength home, it's beautiful! Sadly there's not an outlet in my house that can accommodate the power needs so it trips the breaker every time it powers on. I will have to have an electrician come to put in a dedicated circuit. Then I'm sure I'll love it!

Rusted Strength Home

I have not gotten to utilize the machine. It is still in the box because the base is rusted at the joints. Still waiting for Echelon to confirm that they will replace the Strength Home machine. The machine was delivered mid-March.

Never Done A Lot Of

Never done a lot of weight training, but this makes it all seem so easy with a great range of capability.

A Serious Workout Machine

I bought this along with the Duotread treadmill. I always wanted a smart strength machine, and this one is definitely worth it. I can do so much more with it. I was informed by Echelon that a new barbell is coming. That is great, cause i am not a fan of the one that came with it. I guess they heard feedback and decided to update it. The software gets updates almost every few weeks with cool new features. The product is very well made, and not a toy. It is a serious workout machine.

Great Solid Machine!

The machine is great, solid build. I spoke to Echelon and they pushing out updates consistency, and so far, I have been pretty happy with it. They told me it was new item for them and they will be adding more and more classes. I like it because I am in my 40's and I can workout at my pace with good even resistance through the whole movement. I like that because it keeps my shoulders from getting hurt.

Solid Produxt. Good Classes.

This is a very solid product. The software had a few issies but the recent update fkxed a counting issue. The product is quiet and i shut it off when i am not using it to conserve power. I have doem 3 worjouts a week for last to months. I love the consistancy of the resistance. I have been having echelon reach out and asked to share feedbsck which i requested music integration. Thought classes could be more fun with music , but honestly i play music on my radio (sonos) whwn i workout. Since i got the product there has been many skftware updates. I really like the added features and updated classes adding regulary.

Jack Of All Trades, Master Of... Most?

This Echelon thing tries to do everything - strength, cardio, yoga, you name it. Surprisingly, it does most of it well. The strength stuff is solid, and the HIIT classes are no joke. Yoga's a bit weird on it, but doable. The 24"" screen makes following along easy. Wish it had more storage for accessories though. My living room's starting to look like a gym equipment graveyard.

Unexpected Therapy Session

Bought this to get in shape, ended up getting my head straight too. The meditation classes are surprisingly good - never thought I'd say that about a strength training machine. After a stressful day at work, there's nothing better than a quick lift session followed by some guided relaxation. My therapist is probably wondering why I'm so chill lately. Should I tell her it's cause of a gym equipment? Nah, I'll keep her guessing.
