Easy Out-of-box Experience

Setup was straightforward. The screen was pre-attached, and the main frame assembly was intuitive. I was rowing within 30 minutes of unboxing, which is a rarity for larger fitness equipment.

For time-crunched days, nothing beats it. A 15-minute full-intensity row leaves me more spent than 45 minutes on other cardio machines. It's the most efficient path to cardio and strength I've found.

For Me, It Is About The Perfect Height!

The 18-inch seat height is ideal. It's low enough for proper rowing form but high enough that getting on and off is easy, which is great for my older parents when they visit and want to try it.

I love the machine. I will break this review into two parts- physical machine and instruction. The machine looks great, operates very quietly, and gives a great workout no matter your level. The instruction available is top notch. There is EVERYTHING for all levels of activity and experience. It is very engaging and keeps you wanting to come back. The library of on demand classes allows you to take classes at your leisure and time.

I Love My Rower, I Believe

I love my rower, I believe that it is the best investment in my health that I could have made. I have bad knees and feet that use to limit the way I worked out, but now with the rower I am able to get in a great workout everyday of the week!

The rower was easy to set up, the instructions were spot on. It is easy to store as well. The rower has worked for months without any problems. It was easy to set up accounts for me, my spouse and teenager. I was worried that it would be bland just rowing

All In All We Are Very Happy

all in all we are very happy with our rower! I provided four on the belief that the software and firmware bugs we have experienced will be worked out in the future. The equipment is very well made and suits both my wife and I very well, she is 5'2" and I am 6'3" so finding equipment that we can both use has been a challenge.
