[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these for a trip that I would need glacier glasses. I found an online article comparing choices and I chose to try these due to the removable sides, the weight of the glasses, their multi-use design (water & snow sports) and mid range price point. Note that the all black version does NOT come with the side shields. I discovered this after I first tried the black. But I’m actually much happier with the look of the smoke frames with mirror lenses. The smoke is not as stark a look. I’m a female with medium to large female head and these fit well and look good on me. They may be big for women with smaller heads. They are so light that I barely feel them. Which is important when I’ll be wearing for extended periods on the water. Even with a hat on, they felt comfortable on my ears. I’ve never spent so much money on sunglasses before, but I can definitely feel the quality. The trip I needed them for got canceled but I decided to keep them because I like them so much and they are so versatile.
