Great Beginner Straps

Bought these wraps because I had mild wrist pain. I broke my forearm about 2 years ago and lost a lot of strength in my wrist. I Noticed after benching heavy weight I was having trouble locking my wrist. These worked perfect for me the material is stretchy and rigid enough to support my wrist but not stiff enough to where I rely on them completely. I still wanna strengthen my wrist up so these make me still engage my wrist during heavy lifts

Wrist Wraps

They are too stiff for workouts.....not enough flex and cut into your arms.
