Nice Bar And Good Brand

Bar bent from resting on stand with 135lb, small amount of rust otherwise great barbell

Rusts

Bar rusts if the space has any humidity, be aware.

Feels

Really good bar. You just have to get used to the aggressive knurling. If you pair this with fitness gear Olympic weights. It’ll rub off some of the black coating of the sleeves. But it works great.

Great All Around

Nice quality, good feel and great grip on the bar!

One Of My Best Pandemic Buys

During the pandemic, I drove from Charlotte to Greenville/Spartanburg to buy some dumbbells. I saw an Ethos barbell on the floor in the store and decided to buy it as well. Great buy! This barbell got me through the pandemic doing CrossFit WODs on my garage. I drop it from overhead squats with no problem. I deadlift 385 and the bar is still straight. No rust. Still spins perfectly fine. I think at the time it only cost around $150. At $250, I honestly might just go to Fringe, given the difference in customer ratings. It's been great for me though.
