It's An Ab Mat, That's All!
I bought an ab mat to work on my core strength, it does it's job. It is a little too thick and firm for certain exercises, but I'm hoping it will soften up after more usage.

Too Firm And Large
The designer never used this, as the arch as too high and firm, leaving you sliding forwards and backwards across the mat. Just get one from Rouge, I regret this.

Crunches
It is very comfortable but takes away too much range of motion for crunches.
