Speed Rope

Rope is too narrow and tangles when jumping. It makes it very difficult to get any good rhythm while jumping.

I absolutely love this jump rope and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and fun option. Compared to the cheap one I bought from Ross, which broke quickly, this jump rope has a cable design and features smooth bearings that allow it to twist easily without the rope getting tangled. I appreciate how simple it is to adjust the rope length, and I also enjoy its lightweight design and the speed it provides. Needs More Secure Mechanism

I’ve been using this jump rope for a few months and the handles have come off a few times in the middle of a workout. No matter how tight I made the screws, I found myself constantly checking and tightening them. I lost the screw/lock in my last workout and had to buy a new jump rope.
