Use this chalk to put on my shotput and neck. It’s very helpful when I need a little extra grip especially if it’s on a warmer day and I’m a bit sweaty it allows me to keep the shot sitting on neck correctly for my throws. (Purchased this about 3 or 4 times now)

Gym Chalk
Perfect for my home gym, it’s hard these days to find blocks of chalk everywhere I looked they had liquid chalk. I prefect the old school block of chalk. Cheap and easy to buy and lasts forever
