The more I read about farmer's carry, the more I believe it should be a major part of everyone's workout. It activates essentially every muscle group, including working cardiovascular strength, and especially targets forearms and traps. I got these bars on sale but they're worth it even at full price. I've been using them every day, alternating heavy carries one day and lighter the next, just added on to my normal workout for the day. You have no excuse to not own a pair. Seriously.
