The Ethos kettlebells are excellent pieces of gear. In general, kettlebells (KBs) are great for what they do. These in particular are fantastic for the quality and better price than the Nike models. The finish on them make them better than the hammertone or smooth finish version. They've also helped me gain strength and finish a workout in a shorter period of time.
