    Ethos Lever Belt

    I purchased a new lifting belt for myself at Dick's Sporting Goods Altoona PA. After trying on three different style belts, I felt I made a great choice. I bought the ETHOS Lever Belt, I love the way it hugs my waist by keeping everything snug, but comfortable at the same time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality lifting belt that will last a lifetime. All you do is wrap it around your waist and fit the buckle teeth inside and latch it up from you left side until it closes. Once it closes it won't come open on you. You won't be disappointed! I ❤️ mine!!

    Good Quality Belt

    I bought five belts in total. Ultimately, I ended up going with another belt and returning this one, but I would still recommend it. It's a solid quality belt, easily adjustable, and the lever was really solid. I really think that if you buy this belt, you'll never need to buy another one. It was just slightly bulky for me and I wanted something with a more sueded feel.

    Bought this to help support my back while I work out. It has done its job. Would advise carrying a screwdriver though as it’s the only way to adjust the belts size

    Works Well But It’s Not Easily Adjustable

    It provides good support but you cannot adjust the tightness in between sets without undoing the screws and moving the latch.
