Dont Buy!
If you are lifting somewhat heavy weight or doing pull ups the metal will dig into your wrists making me finish my set not from fatigue but from pain. Also the rubber grip should be on the other side of the, the rubber grib causes it to easily slip

Not Optimal
Bought these last week. Thought they would be really good but when lifting heavy weight while deadlifting, the metal clips pull into your skin and leave painful marks. Good for lower weight. Terrible for powerlifting
