Wrist Support
These work as expected. Support for wrists when lifting weights. The only thing is they seem very long as I have to wrap them around more than my former straps. Not to big of an issue I still use them regularly.

Great For My Friends Wrist
My friend was having trouble with her wrist ,whether on the job or in the gym. . I got her ythese Light Wrist Wraps and she has seen marked improvement. She probably just needs some rest for her wrist ,but she stays on the move so the wraps stay in her bag wherever she goes
