A little hard to open at first, but then they loosen up and work great. Very easy to take on and off and have a good grip to the bar with the inside rubber.

Excellent Collars!
These are well made and sturdy barbell collars. The plates are locked tight and don’t move or wiggle unlike other collars. These c made lifting and snatching very safe and secure.

Worth Every Penny
Great clamps! I do CrossFit workouts and the hold during high paced workouts where I drop the bar multiple times! Go to clamps!

Ok But Has Tendency To Unclip
These work OK if you aren't going to drop your barbell. If you are doing lifts where you'll be dropping your bar often, they will unclip and come loose. I would not recommend for more than light lifting.
