Please Don't Buy This.
Very disappointed in this bar. For something with 1,000lb weight capacity you would expect clean & gap free welds and handles that don't spin..... This is merely an expensive grip training tool that ETHOS pretends is a quality trap bar. Not ideal for heavy lifting, farmers carries, weighted plyometrics, or anything a trap bar is used for as the spinning handles will be the limiting factor in most movement patterns. Wish my store would've had this in-stock so I could try before buying.

Great Results!
Trap bar really takes the stress off your lower back when performing cleans. Being able to walk into it and pull directly up is awesome.
