Grip Straps

Bought these in black. Luckily I know and understand the purpose of this item and am familiar with it. However, there was no clear instructions on exactly how to use them properly. Ended up with several wrist bruises the first couple times i used them. I figured it out on my own and they do appear to help with my grip for heavy dumbbells.
