Nice Fit. Good Quality.

Used it for the first time yesterday. It has a lot of straps for easy customizable sizing. It was snug and comfy against my body as I walked / ran / did stairs, etc. My only question is, where can I buy heavier ETHOS plates? For example, say I want to increase the weight to 30 from 20? How would I do that. I can't find ETHOS plates anywhere.
