Power sled works awesome for my son and all his football buddies

My kids(10 &12) and I use the Ethos Power Sled three times a week. It's well built with several options for pulling and pushing. It's on the heavier side so the kids don't need to add extra wight yet!

My sons and I use this sled to enhance our workouts. They have started summer workouts for football and they feel stronger and their cardio is much improved.

Good value here, especially considering the price. All pieces in working order, very easy assembly, and the poles are sturdy. You will need to account for the metal skis- I use it on grass so it wasn’t a problem. I imagine it would screech a lot on pavement if that’s your only option. Otherwise it provides exactly the kind of resistance you want from this tool. Totally satisfied.

Sled Review Negatives: the wielding is ok and could be better, considering this is used for personal and not commercial use. I noticed the poles are a little warped, not sure it’s from the manufacturer or from shipping (more on shipping later), but it still functions as in intended. Due to design of the rails where the polls can be folded, I noticed it was already chipped and can visual see rust build up. The sled does not have any options for plastic skis/shoes, highly recommend NOT using this over concrete or road like surfaces as it will damage the frame. Positives: At the end of the day it’s a sled and it covers what I need it to do sled workout. The uprights are foldable making storage and portable friendly. The add ons are welcomed, as it came with adjustable height handle for low to high handles, as well as a harness vest with extensions for pulling movements. Shipping: Shipping was a nightmare as the packaging was shipped as is with no additional shipping box. When it came to my door the packaging was damp, crushed, broken and holes everywhere. I’m surprised all the materials were account for. Overall thoughts: It’s no fancy high-end equipment, but it has all functions that you need when doing sled workouts. With a little creative ingenuity you can maintain the integrity of the frame, examples such as ski/shoes for the sled, felt pads for impact points and 3in1 oil to prevent rust. It’s a good product, decently priced and great for anyone looking to add on to your home gym workouts

This unit had a push and pull option like 2 sleds in one, easily portable. Great training tool

Extremely versatile sled that is set up for push/pull at multiple heights straight out of the box. sturdy design, which does include bolt-on sled covers on the bottom contrary to some of the other reviews (although i'm not certain they can be replaced). feels very sturdy and should last a long time. I am using this outside on the grass with no issues. harness included is good quality. if you have a handle of some sort that can easily be attached as well for increased versatility with the product. i am planning on using the included caribiners as make--shift TRX trainer as well. Highly recommend!
Love the sled. It gives you the option to pull or push it. It folds up easily so it can be stored without taking up too much space.

Well built but you can't buy plastic, or replacement skis for it. After a couple of months of use several days a week, skis are wearing out and scraping all the sealer off my driveway. It also creates a lot of unwanted friction. I guess I'll throw it out when the skis are worn. Next time I'll buy from Titan or Rogue
I have been using this sled to train my boys in the off season this summer and it has held up great. The price was unbelievable.

It was hard to buy this with no reviews. But I pulled the trigger. It’s hard to see I the pics, but it has no plastic on the bottom. It’s an aluminum plate. So it’s extremely hard to push on blacktop, what I am gonna be pushing it in in front of my house. If you have turf or an indoor carpet, this may be perfect. This does more than what an echo rogue sled would do. About as much as a rogue dog sled can do. Much more economical that what they charge for shipping. For only going to put it in my training once every week or two, this will be perfect for me. One of the best things I like is the poles fold down when not using. It is easy to store. I did have to make some modifications and buy the plastic skid skis from titan. They are maybe only a centimeter Longer than the sled skis. I used a drill press to get the holes in and add the plastic skis. It slides much better on the blacktop now. If it had plastic skis included, I’d give it 5 stars.
