I've had a whole lot of equipment over the years from homeowner use to commercial grade. Bought and sold over the years. Been a couple years and decided i wanted to rebuild my home gym.. first thing i gotta have.. a good bench press of course. But i didn't want to have isolated heavy equipment all over the place again taking up space. Wanted to go back to roots of a good sturdy heavy duty yet adjustable for multiple routines bench.. walked into dick's out of the blue after attempting to deal with the greedy vultures on Facebook marketplace and immediately saw this and knew that it was EXACTLY what i wanted. Love that the bench is connected to the rack. Wouldn't want it any other way... I highly recommend it. It's sturdy, versatile, looks good and safe to throw 300lbs on n play around. Price was shockingly good. Very happy with my purchase and if you lift or want to lift you will be too. Go get it.

Good Starter Bench

Great starter bench for the price! Easy to assemble. The only issue (& why the 4 stars) is there isn't enough security between the bench & the rest of the rack so we have to retighten it so it doesn't wobble. Otherwise it seems very sturdy.

Good For Bench Pressing

Had this since November 29th, it was easy to assemble, nothing was missing or damaged. Overall I like it and it's helping me gain more muscle.

It’s A Great Weight Benchfor The Price

I’ve been looking on Facebook for some plates and a bench. I typically I typically see them for four to $500. I got new plates on Amazon and a new bench at dicks for the same price. I’m happy with the bench and does everything I want.

Very Solid And Confidence-inspiring.

Great solid budget bench. I'm not a power lifter by any means, but with the 300 lb Olympic weight set I use (also purchased from Dick's) this bench is rock solid. Plenty of adjustability and the supports are plenty tall enough. In fact, I turn the spotter arms around to the back of the supports to also use this as a squat rack on leg days. I expect this bench to last me many years. Just buy it.
