Great Bench

The bench is perfect for multiple workouts w dumbbells, bar and body weitght. Moves easily and is comfortable

Versitile But Wobbily

I purchased this bench to use standalone, though this bench can attach to weight bars and other large gym equipment from the same brand. The bench was very easy to put together (only have to put on the padding, basically), is easy to move on most surfaces, and does seem durable. My first complaint, and I don't know if this is just this bench or weight benches in general, is that because the only bar for support is right in the middle of the back, it definitely wobbles back and forth a lot. Normally that's not too much of an issue, but if you're tired during a set and lean a little, you get a very brief sense of falling that can be hard to ignore. My second complaint is with how the locking system works to set the height/tilt on the bench. To pull the pin out and adjust the tilt up and down, the pin needs to be almost completely unscrewed, and then to keep stability you need to re-twist the pin back in. It's a little annoying to do between exercises when I'm already tired. These are minor complaints though. The bench is good for the money.

Poor Construction, Not Heavy Duty

the way the bench is constructed, the center support that is used for adjusting is off center, this allows the bench to lean to one side when really loading it down. im 200lbs and generally bench around 185lbs and there is a noticible lean to the bench i have only used the bench a couple times. if i could i would return the bench.

Very Sturdy

Sturdy for my husband. Able to complete his physical therapy and the adjustment of the bench is great.
